HDM prides in having highly skilled and experienced machinists in the tool room combined with state-of-the-art machinery to achieve the best possible quality in all the operations. The tool room is divided into three sections (Wire and Spark EDM section, Conventional Machines section, Vertical Machining Centers section) and each section consists of an expert team of machinists. Each team is handled by a section team leader. Continuous monitoring at different stages of every machining operation results in defect free and long life of the dies. Materials to be used are carefully selected taking into consideration the customers’ requirements and specifications.The tool room sections are fully equipped with the following machinery.
